Maitre'd (event manager)

Directly responsible for the performance of all banquet staff and is the personal representative to guests. As such, is expected to coordinate all aspects of the room/facilities set-up and food and beverage service so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction.

Captain

Banquet captains manage the front of house staff for events, making sure that the tables are decorated correctly, the food is presented well, and service goes off without a hitch. Additionally, captains are ensuring floor staff are in full proper uniform and serve clients in a professional friendly manner. They are the liaison to the chefs providing feedback and any food needs for guest satisfaction. Also, captains work directly with Maitre'd (event manager) to address any questions or concerns that come up before or during service.

Servers

From set-up to clean-up should you need a team of 1-100 our professionally trained servers are there to ensure that your guests receive the level of service they expect. Our servers are specifically trained in all serving styles from banquet to private events.

Bartenders

In addition to serving beverages to your guests, a bartender's main role is to ensure the safety through responsible alcohol consumption. They are trained and experienced to recognize signs of intoxicated guests and follow proper protocol and procedures so that all guests can drink responsibly.

Chefs

These skilled professionals will prepare all foods to your specifications directly at your venue. They come prepared with all the tools necessary to make that perfect presentation.

Grill Cooks

These talented individuals will prepare food right in front of your guests. This cook will take care of all your grilling needs right in your back yard! From burgers to chicken to ribs, your guests can enjoy a pipping hot meal right off the grill!

Kitchen Utility Workers

Considered the most critical part of any catering team. Their main function is to ensure a clean, fresh supply of all cooking and serving items are ready to go and perfectly sanitized. Their work ends when the kitchen is fully cleaned, trash removed, and all items are put in their proper place.

Housemen

Responsible for room set-up and break down of tables, chairs, stages, podiums, for meeting as well as working within a specific timeline of any event.

Attendants

Cashier- Barista- Coat Check- Room Attendants- Parking Attendants

These positions staffed by employees that have skills in the assigned roles. The staff can be cross trained to any position that you require.
